Storms Cause Serious Flooding in Indiana
This weekends weather systems moved north and east, where they dumped up to 10 inches of rain in Indiana, and tornadoes hit areas in Minnesota and near Chicago.

Some of the worst hit areas are in Indiana, where the White, Flatrock, and Wabash Rivers are flooding. At least two people have died from the flooding, and several dams are in danger of breaking from the high water. The Indiana dept of Homeland Security is aiding evacuation in Columbus and elsewhere, where several hundred homes had to be evacuated because of the high waters.
Flood levels are expected to continue to rise for a couple of days in some places, and could reach historic levels even surpassing the 1913 floods. This is largely because the soils in the area, like those in the St Louis area, are already saturated from the unusual rains this spring, and the new water causes the rivers to quickly rise.
Watch incredible video of a tornado striking a Chicago supburp.
