Takeover rumors link Emerson and Rockwell
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Dow Jones and Bloomberg both are reporting on rumors that Rockwell Automation may get a takeover offer from St. Louis-based Emerson. Rockwell shares jumped 14 percent Wednesday on the buyout speculation and are up a bit more this morning.
