New pavement for Highway 40 construction in St. Louis
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Work crews begin pouring concrete pavement onto the closed portion of Highway 40 between the Skinner exit and Kingshighway. The Hampton Boulevard bridge will open at the end of this week.
