I was so proud of the City of St. Louis and the Cardinals organization and the manner in which they presented the All Star game to the nation. I was actually standing in my living room and applauding. The pre-game ceremonies were fabulous, and having the ‘old timers’ there was THE BEST. Plus, lets not forget the grounds manager and the crew. The arch and courthouse sculpted in the grass was an amazing piece of art. I wish I had a picture of the field. I now live in Cleveland and worked part time security for the Indians for many years. But last night made me wish I was back home. The new stadium is beautiful and I can’t wait to see a game there.
