Pappy’s Smokehouse to go whole hog for anniversary

In honor of its one-year anniversary, Midtown barbecue destination Pappy’s Smokehouse will be roasting up a whole hog (or two) for service Wednesday, Feb. 4. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.
