No confirmation from any of the parties involved yet, but a little guinea pig tells me that the Peruvian restaurant Mango, currently at 7307 Watson Road in Shrewsbury, is close to signing a lease for the pre-move space of Mosaic at 11th and Lucas downtown. (Mosaic is now at 10th and Washington.) Stay tuned.
