Happily, the restaurant backed off of the original name, Napoli 2UE (perhaps Ameren enjoined them, or perhaps the folks at F15teen told them that silly spellings impeded being found online or in the phone book 
). Unfortunately, the restaurant suffers from new-restaurant website lag, and the 2UE name is still up with no indication that it’s been revised and the restaurant has opened.
