New Pakistani restaurant coming to Manchester?

A temporary sign is up and equipment is being delivered to Cafe Lazeez at 14248 Manchester Road. I was originally concerned that the address matched that of Monsoon Vietnamese Bistro, but Monsoon is indeed still open on the east end of the strip mall where all the spaces share the same address (Cafe Lazeez is on the east end and its full address is 14248H).
A little ‘net sleuthing yielded that the owners of Cafe Lazeez are Irfan Khalid and Mohammad Farooq. Lazeez is an Urdu word that roughly translates as “yummy.” I’m guessing that an opening is at least a month away, and judging from the fixtures that had been delivered, it’s going to be very casual, perhaps even a counter-service place.
