Moxy chef consulting on Molly’s/Norton’s? (And an opening.)
A little bird tells me that Eric Brenner, chef at Moxy and sometime consultant to Sub Zero and several other restaurant projects around and out of town, is putting in his two-cents’ worth on a revamping of the combined Molly’s and Norton’s spaces in Soulard. That’s all I’ve heard — no word on a menu style or anything like that.
And, getting full use of hyperlinks, we’ll let Ian at the RFT tell you that Jade is now open at 910 Olive Street downtown.
