New in Ste. Genevieve: The Spa Cafe at Chaumette
Opening tomorrow, July 4 in Ste. Genevieve: The Spa Cafe at Chaumette, the second restaurant on the grounds of Chaumette Vineyards & Winery.
The executive chef at Chaumette is Adam Lambay, who made a name for himself in the St. Louis area for his mastery of Indian and Mediterranean styles. The Spa Café at Chaumette offers an all day menu of lunch and light supper selections, a wine bar serving Chaumette wines as well as several signature cocktails and local beers. The menu includes such selections as the Tuna Nicoise Salad and the Trio of Gazpacho Soups, as well as Lambay’s signature Mediterranean vegetarian nachos with roasted red pepper hummus, the tuna tataki with edamame, shiitake mushrooms and roasted onion soy sauce and Grilled Lamb Chops with Indian-style yogurt sauce.
Open to the public, the Spa Café is an outdoor venue that wraps around the upper deck of the pool. After tomorrow, it will be open Fridays through Sundays from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. until November.
