Is the recession heating up the bedroom?
People are spending less, especially on entertainment and restaurants. They’re staying in and looking for cheaper ways to have fun. I suppose this could mean more people voting for marginal singers on American Idol (they did have their highest ever vote total for the top 10 last night). Or more trips to our ”free” attractions - the park, the Zoo, the library.
But, I’m wondering if sour economic times leads to more adventure and action in the bedroom? It’s free (hopefully). It can take your mind off your diminished portfolio. And, perhaps, the intimacy taps into our primal need for connection and security in an uncertain time.
When Wall Street is flagging, is the heat index rising?
