Hidden dangers to avoid during pool season

My children start the countdown to pool season back when they are still wearing jackets in March. Going to the pool is probably the highlight of many kids’ summer plans. And, while most parents are well aware of the danger of drowning, there are several other hidden dangers, such as the spread of disease, exposure to chemicals and risks from inflatables, to be aware of.
