In today’s Business section, there’s a great story about how 20 percent of doctors are now working part-time. Read the story here. Many of these are women with young children who want to spend more time with their families.

What other occupations are good about allowing you to go part-time?

I read in the article that part time for doctors is 40 hours a week. (Normally, they work 80 hours a week.) If I were working 80 hours a week, I’d probably cut back, too.
