Sunday January 31, 2010--Glowing globes fill the splash and spray water fountain area of Citygarden, a public sculpture park in downtown St. Louis, on Sunday.   The 25 globes are each lit by two LED lights and are programed to glow in an every changing a rainbow of hues.  The globes will be turned on every night through the end of February from 5pm-midnight.  The globes were installed by Hydro Dramatics, a St. Louis fountain design company.
