Mountain Workshops 2009 in Murray, Kentucky
The Mountain Workshops will begin in a week, this year in Murray, Kentucky. Each year, a small army of photographers invade and document a small town in Kentucky. The workshop is organized by the folks at Western Kentucky University’s PJ program, but the faculty is comprised of leaders in the field from across the country. The workshop is actually three programs: photojournalism, picture editing, and multimedia. I’ve had the honor of having been a student “labby,” a participant and a quasi faculty member.
