While on assignment this fall season, I’ve happened upon more insects in a relatively short period of time than I ever have before. Each time, I’ve been compelled to shoot photographs of them. There is no finer format to showcase these images than this photo blog, so you, our faithful readers are in for a visual treat…that is, if you like looking at bugs.

During the winter, the Butterfly House in Chesterfield and the Climatron at the Botanical Gardens are a nice escape to warm climates on a cold day to catch more insects.
The caterpillar photo is great.
