“The Missourian,” a mystery figure who’s obviously a Democrat, just posted a new YouTube video that marks the new legislative session by jabbing at the Republican legislative leaders (with muted tweaks at their Democratic counterparts) and Gov. Matt Blunt.

It’s definitely partisan, but it’s also witty — and the sound track is decent.
