Lembke? Where do I know that name? Was that the guy who insinuated himself into a child custody case of a fellow Republican’s family? The same guy who abused his position and threatened to have the judge in the case impeached because that judge didn’t rule in favor of that fellow Republican’s family (depsite the fact that the child advocate’s report was the key factor in the decision)? Why would we want to “promote” this guy?

Why? Because he is heads and shoulders better than the ancient Joan Barry who will be almost 70, yes 70, when she is sworn in if elected…she has not been involved with legislation in many yerars after losing her bid for Congress several years ago. Its time for her to spend more time with her grandchildren.

Oh that’s nice. Do you say the same about McCain who is already 70+?

I guess it is ok for the Repubs to send old ladies to Jeff CIty (i.e., Mary Kasten from Cape Girardeau), even when they readily admit that they have no intentions of serving or even attending sessions, but it is not ok to elect a democrat who is wanting to fulfill the responsibiltiies of the position. Hmmmmm, sounds like a lame argument to me West End Guy, and a desperate attempt to hide the fact that Lembke is nothing more than a toady for the party leadership and doesn’t have an original thought in his head.

How does Haas expect to run against Todd Akin, a resident of Town & Country? Does Bill live in the City?? You know the one with the “affinity for analingous” and sex column RFT writer, give me a break!

But seriously folks, the quality of people we have running for office these days is just abysmal. Todd Akin and Russ Carnahan are not smarter than fifth graders. Don’t these parties have any quality control at all?

And why hasn’t Lembke been charged with tampering? He’s already confessed to the facts that constitute the crime, for God’s sake.

Ron2, Todd and Russ have to possess enough smarts to have made it to where they are today. Look who we have running today, a walmart employee with extreme mental problems. There should also be a mental competence test administered before they are allowed to file for a political office. Has anyone checked out Haas’ so-called degrees from his so-called Ivy League colleges? Doubt it!

Bill Haas looks like Bozo the Clown! Has the personality of a toad.
