Federalist Society to host eminent domain debate

On Thursday, the St. Louis chapter of the Federalist Society is hosting what it calls an “all-star panel of property rights experts debating the law of eminent domain.”

The noon event will be held at the Missouri Athletic Club in downtown St. Louis.

The panelists:

 Gerry Carmody (developers)

 Tim Sandefur (homeowners)

Alan Bornstein (developers)

 Dave Roland (homeowners)

 Anthony Martin (moderator)

According to organizers, lunch will be served at 12:10 and the debate will begin at 12:30. The debate is free; the lunch is $20.  Diners are to RSVP to stlfedsoc@gmail.com.
