ESL Mayor Alvin Parks on the air tonight

Continuing their alliterative series of mayors in March, the folks at the “Topic A” radio show on KDHX-FM (88.1) will have East St. Louis’ Alvin Parks as their guest tonight.
Last week, the show had Mayor Francis Slay, who accused people in Kansas City - whose mayor, Mark Funkhouser, was previously featured on the show - of having an anti-St. Louis bias.
