While the House is debating whether to remove anti-porn legislation from the village law bill, the Senate is still delaying action on anything.

The Senate just defeated an amendment offered by Sen. Chuck Graham to require Speaker of the House Rod Jetton to wear a helmet during the last three days of the session.
