Ed Martin may have left the public payroll, but not the public eye.

Martin, Gov. Matt Blunt’s former chief of staff, rankled some members of the teacher’s union recently when, in a video commentary on the blog PubDef, he criticized charter school teachers for signing up for the local.

This week, the teachers’ union fired back, with a video commentary from vice president Byron Clemens.
