Onder, Luetkemeyer join ad binge
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
What is there, like an election coming up or something?
Yes, and — believe you me — no reminder is necessary in these parts.
The latest contribution to the canon of 2008 campaign ads comes from two Republican Congressional hopefuls in the 9th District – Blaine Luetkemeyer and State Rep. Bob Onder — who are now airing spots in the St. Louis market.
First, this from Onder, who hits the big three — family, guns, abortion — in laying out his conservative credentials.
Luetkemeyer — whose previous ad featured his experience as a farmer — “breaks the bank” with a new spot focusing on fiscal responsibility.

How is this new?
Why do you waste cyberspace on these two clowns, Jake?
None of this is new and neither will win this race. The STL Post already coined them: one is corrupt, and one is a liar. Nobody even knows who they are.
Are you kidding, Michelle? Bob Onder is the most solid, honest congressional candidate I’ve seen in a long time. I’ve known him since he was a single guy, just getting started in his medical practice - before he was a state rep. But even back then, he was working for the same things he supports today. And more than most politicians, his life matches his positions. Bob Onder is the real deal - and he’ll be a great congressman.
No he won’t. He’s like Sam Brownback without any sort of political acumen.
Onder paid for pro-life activism in St. Louis out of his own pocket. No one could be more pro-life. I am stunned that MRL did not endorse him equally.
Can we see the video of the 9th district debate? When Brock Olivo was asked: “Who is your favorite Founding Father and why”? He responded…
“Abraham Lincoln because he freed the slaves and that was awesome”!
Bob Onder is willing to lie, cheat and steal to get this seat. Look out if he is elected!
