Bond, Hulshof take “Novelty” show on the road
Fresh off introducing Kenny Hulshof at his victory party Tuesday night, U.S. Sen. Kit Bond joined the congressman and Republican nominee for governor in, of all places, Novelty, Mo.
The duo participated in the annual “Field Day” at the Greenley Research Center, part of the University of Missouri’s Ag School.
But their appearance was no novelty — expect the two GOP lawmakers and political allies to travel a lot together as Hulshof battles Democrat Jay Nixon for the governor, which, of course, was Bond’s old job.

A research specialty at the Greenley Research Center is bugs. Nasty bugs. That’s right - ants, cockroaches, spiders, muschaneys, tarantulas, mosquitos, feltners, etc. Really rotten critters. Bond the Bug Stomper…anyone feel a bit itchy?
