DNC, RNC draw nigh; send us your questions!
You’ll probably hear this from me yet again, but we’re going to have a team of reporters at both the Democratic and Republican National Conventions later this month and next.
As a part of our coverage, we’d like to involve you. We want to build up a stock pile of your questions that we can put directly to your elected and political leaders.
These gatherings are the end-all-be-all of politicking. There will be a lot of “powerbrokers” all in one place and we’ll be “embedded” with both the Missouri and Illinois delegations. Sounds like a perfect time to get some questions answered.
So drop me a line — ajadhav@post-dispatch.com — or post a comment below. What do you want to hear about from your officials? Suggest a topic or give a specific question. Feel free to pick a target as well.

Ask this at both conventions: If your Presidential candidate loses, what will it mean to the Democrat or Republican state party in the future?
With anarchists planning to violently disrupt the Denver & Twin Cities conventions and plenty of media looking to cover something, how will you (the media) discipline yourselves to keep the coverage focused on the conventions & candidates and not on the attention-seeking anarchists?

Ask the Dems their take on young Black Dems being funded by Republicans. Supporting issues like right to work and Charter/Voucher programs. I would like to have a different perspective, because it seems it doesn’t bother the Mo Democratic Party.
