Almost two weeks after the GOP primary for governor, victor Kenny Hulshof and loser Sarah Steelman met Monday morning in an undisclosed location in Jefferson City.

The private session was “very cordial,” said Hulshof spokesman Scott Baker. But he declined to comment further.

The Steelman camp could not be reached.

Word is, a joint statement from the two former rivals may be issued tonight or tomorrow.

Steelman still has a lot to say. I feel that she still represents what Missourians feel, and think. That doesn’t disappear, and needs to be incorporated, for the endorsement to mean anything.

Had to delete a comment because the poster, Didymus, used an expletive. Such words are not allowed on Political Fix. The poster is welcome to repeat his/her comment without the offending word.

CTF, is correct. However, the Bond/Hulsof faction, is what it is. No matter what they say they will bring their DC values to Jefferson City. What CHUTZPAH to say: “my family grows corn, so I like high corn prices”. How those folks in Jefferson City ran this ethanol mandate scam, is in the BEST DC/robber baron tradition. Imagine, how much better things will be if Kenny’s there. And as to Nixon, res ipse loquitor.
