Continuing to make Medicaid cuts a key part of his campaign platform, Jay Nixon will lead a health-care roundtable tomorrow at the home of a local family.

Nixon, the Democratic nominee for governor, will visit the Winning home in Brentwood Tuesday morning to discuss rising medical costs for families and small businesses.

The forum comes as Democrats — perhaps following a playbook similiar to what they would have used had Gov. Matt Blunt sought re-election — continue attacking Republican opponent Kenny Hulshof on health care, releasing a web video challenging the congressman’s stance on the issue.
