Skelton on tape: Ike likes Biden, buttons
DENVER — Spotted in the middle of button shopping, U.S. Rep. Ike Skelton, chairman of the influential House Armed Services Committee, took some time to give his take on the Democratic ticket.
Skelton, a super delegate, was originally a Hillary Clinton supporter.
Interestingly enough, when asked how he would sell Barack Obama to his home district– which includes Jefferson City and parts of the Ozarks — Skelton highlighted the choice for veepee, Delaware Sen. Joe Biden.
