2nd Illinois Ethics Bill Passes Illinois Senate

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — As predicted. The vote, a couple minutes ago, was 50-1. It now moves to the Illinois House, where most believe that Speaker Michael Madigan has already constructed a nice comfortable casket for it. (We’ll follow up with a full story in News.)
