It’s so cool that the Obama-Biden campaign is reaching out to my precise demographic! First to the town where I live now, and then to the place where I attended high school. I hope their efforts are successful.
It is inappropriate to hold any political rally in a public school, especially during school hours or at disnissal time. This rally should be canceled for the safety and concern of our children.
Democrats - the world’s worst panderers. It’s truly hard to believe that anyone would show up to see Biden. Better take some No-Doz Jo - boring!
that doesn’t very centrist to me.
Biden as an engaging (if long-winded) speaker. I, for one, plan on taking the afternoon off work just to go see him.
And campaign events happen at schools all the time. McCain’s boring old biography tour stopped through several schools across the country this spring.
I agree that the timing of this event was in poor taste. The event was scheduled to begin five minutes PRIOR to dismissal time. That alone was potential mass confusion. The doors to the school were open to the public two hours in advance. . .all while our children where attending classes. I know there are lots of secret service personnel in the building, but are they there to protect our kids or the VP hopeful?
