Danforth pumped up by Palin

ST. PAUL — Former Missouri U.S. Sen. John Danforth, on the floor for tonight’s convention activities, is “enthusiastic” about veep nominee Sarah Palin.
“I think she was a terrific choice,” Danforth said tonight after listening to Palin’s speech. “She offers the total contrast between the insider and the outsider.”
Wow, has my bubble been burst?
I thought that there was one Republican with class left in the country.

It surprises me to see the Senator express support such a radically pro-life, anti-homosexual right winger, especially one from such a low estate. She has more than 2.5 kids. Preposterous! Enjoy the band wagon Jackie my boy. It is more fun to be inside looking out.
