ST. PAUL — Former Missouri U.S. Sen. John Danforth, on the floor for tonight’s convention activities, is “enthusiastic” about veep nominee Sarah Palin.John Danforth

“I think she was a terrific choice,” Danforth said tonight after listening to Palin’s speech. “She offers the total contrast between the insider and the outsider.”

It surprises me to see the Senator express support such a radically pro-life, anti-homosexual right winger, especially one from such a low estate. She has more than 2.5 kids. Preposterous! Enjoy the band wagon Jackie my boy. It is more fun to be inside looking out.
