Obama has hooked many with the false lure his tax plan helps them.
First of all, Obama’s liberal voting record clearly shows he has voted to raise taxes repeatedly(including raising taxes on the middle class).
Secondly, Obama, even currently, clearly favors some substantial taxes on the poor and middle class(such as high gasoline taxes—which obviously affect everyone—McCain has proposed a gas tax holiday while Obama vehemently opposes any such gas tax relief)
Third, Obama’s claim he will give 95% of Americans a “tax cut” is a mathematical fraud and impossibility because only 70% of Americans pay taxes.
Fourth, Obama’s high taxes will gore the poor and middle class deeply when:
A)High taxes cause employers to pay less in wages and health care benefits
B)High taxes cause prices to soar because tax costs are passed on to consumers
C)High taxes cause employers to close their doors because they no longer will be economically competitive—especially in today’s stressed economy.

The sheer numbers of this rally at the Arch are impressive. The biggest political event in the history of St. Louis and the previous two are either so shocked by what they’ve seen or so bamboozled by McCain distortions of truth that they can’t react logically. And despite the vaguely racist tone of the first post, I am glad that BowelMovement reminded me that Dumbo is an elephant. I’d simply forgot. And did he really want to ask God about the racket or exclaim his frustration?
Lawdy, lawdy these robots need mo’ schoolin’! I’d seen just ’bout everythang but I never seen a republican make sense.

I just heard that Barack Obama will be on St. Louis radio today. Judging by the stations that it is on it will be directed at the African American community. The interview is going to be on 104.9 FM, 100.3 FM and 1600 AM.
Political junkies can get their daily dose of insider news here. Post-Dispatch political reporters bring you the political scoop from Capitol Hill, through Springfield, Ill., to Jefferson City, Mo. Check regularly for their frequent updates.
Who opened the Obama show today under the arch? Fidy Cent? James Tayor, Bob Kuban or Chuck Berry?
Sounds like a murder of Crows chasing Dumbo the elephant. God what a racket?
