As the New York Times notes, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin did something today that she never did while running for vice-president — take questions from reporters.

Standing shoulder to shoulder with Palin in Miami today was Gov. Matt Blunt, who is soaking up what figures to be his last appearance at a Republican Governors Association’s conference.

“Republican governors are a unique team,”Palin told the press.
