Happy Thanksgiving: Who’s your political turkey?
Don’t expect any posts today, but that doesn’t mean there is not a lot to talk about.
It’s been a busy political year. Change is afoot in Washington and Jefferson City. At City Hall, the mayor is gearing up for another term. In Springfield, the governor has taken a break from his own troubles to vet potential appointments to the U.S. Senate.
On this Thanksgiving, what political event in 2008 are you most grateful for? Who’s your biggest political turkey?
Let us know below — it’s better than arguing about it at the dinner table.

Don’t make this so easy. The biggest turkey was easily the media, including the Post-Dispatch, and especially Deb Peterson for printing a completely false allegation about Gov. Palin. The media was truly disgraceful in their lack of coverage about PE Obama. I hope the country doesn’t end up with salmonealla poisoning.
