Blunt one of six governors to get suspicious letter

A hazmat crew was called to investigate a suspicious letter in Montgomery, Ala. Gov. Blunt received a similar letter.
Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt was one of a half dozen governors around the U.S. sent a suspicious letter on Monday.
According to the Associated Press, a letter with a white powdery substance was also addressed to governors in Alabama, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana and Rhode Island.
In Alabama, a hazmat team was called in, and, in Montana, the state Capitol was evacuated.
In Missouri, the AP reports, the letter was caught at an off-site mail facility and never reached the governor’s office.
At least one of the letters was addressed from Dallas.
