Koster appoints Jefferson City lawyer to lead Governmental Affairs
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Newly sworn-in Attorney General Chris Koster appointed Jefferson City lawyer Patricia Churchill to head the Governmental Affairs division of his office.
Churchill practices at Gibbs, Pool and Turner P.C. in the areas of business formation and governance and insurance defense.
The Governmental Affairs division advises and represents state government and its agencies, boards and commissions.
Churchill has served as the general counsel for the departments of Revenue and Corrections and the Missouri Gaming Commission.

Seriously nothing is going to change at DED until they get rid of Sallie. She has run that place into the ground. Also, they need to find a strong director for their legislative affairs department who can actually pass an economic package. For the past two years DED did not get their legislative bills passed. Funny thought of the day- their previous legislative director who couldn’t pass the packages is now making six figures as a lobbyist in St. Louis. guess it is all about who you know.
