Crowd — and teleprompter — ready for the president
The president's teleprompter is set up at Fox High in Arnold
ARNOLD — Hundreds of supporters eager to see President Barack Obama were lined up outside Fox High School this morning, where the commander-in-chief is set to hold a town hall forum marking his 100th day in office.
Only those with tickets will be allowed in the gymnasium, which — at a little larger than a regulation size basketball court — promises to offer a snug fit.
One thing that won’t be left out, though is Obama’s now signature teleprompter, which he has gone to frequently since taking office in January. The teleprompter is set up in front of a dais in the middle of the gym floor.
The event is set to begin shortly before 10:30 a.m., and is expected to last about 90 minutes. The president and traveling press corps are due back in Washington this evening for a prime time press conference.
At Lambert Field, the presidential motorcade has arrived in advance of Air Force One, which is carrying U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill as well as the president. St. Louis County Executive Charlie A. Dooley and St. Louis Comptroller Darlene Green were waiting to greet the president at the airport.
Obama may also be in for a harmonious introduction — a barbershop quartet was spotted in the corner rehearsing.

Yeah, probably more of the same ol’ truth, honesty and straightforwardness that captivated the world and motivated a nation and got him elected. I, for one, will miss the good old “Strategery” days of the past!

What Im trying to do here IS ignore the fact that there are PEOPLE out there as IGNORANT as you… Stop equating everything in your life to the color of peoples skin and maybe we can all move past these divides. NONE of this has anything to do with the fact that Obama is HALF black…
Give praise: the Teleprompter-in-Chief is here! Will the messiah talk to his teleprompter like he did on Monday? Will he read the wrong speech off of it without realizing it and publicly thank himself like he did last month? Make sure doors at FHS are properly labelled or he’ll try to walk through a window again! Will the messiah order Air Force One to buzz St Louis like it did for NYC Monday? Stupidest president ever!! He’s half black & half white. His mother was white, his grandparents were white, and his family can be traced back to a small town in Ireland.
Looks like he has more white blood than black.
