Maida Coleman picks banquet hall to track results tonight
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
ST. LOUIS — Former State Sen. Maida Coleman, running for mayor today as an independent candidate, will watch the results from a banquet hall near Midtown.
Coleman will be at the “Friends- A Meeting Place” at the corner of Compton and Delmar this evening as results come in.
Her rival, Mayor Francis Slay, will be holding his party a few miles away at the Moolah Theatre on Lindell. The Green Party’s candidate, Elston McCowan, is setting up shop at the Legacy bookstore and cafe in the West End.
It will probably be an early night — we should have results posted here before 11 p.m.
