Up early? Catch Zweifel on CNBC Monday morning
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Missouri State Treasurer Clint Zweifel will appear on CNBC’s “Squawk Box” show at around 5:45 a.m. on Monday to discuss his new “Invest in Missouri” program.
Among other goals, the effort seeks to keep state money in Missouri banks.
This will be the first appearance on national television as treasurer for Zweifel, whose predecessor, Republican Sarah Steelman, appeared regularly on the cable news networks to discuss her prohibition of investing state funds in companies that do business with countries seen friendly to terrorism.

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!
How boring! I’m falling asleep looking at this guy’s picture. He has about as much control over the economy as a greeter at Wal-Mart does the Wal-Mart world empire.
I disagree.
Clint Zweifel will be an effective treasurer. This guy truly has the citizen’s best interest at heart. He’s not here to advance his career, but to make positive improvements in the state.
