After carrying Obama’s water all over the country during the election, Claire has now been shafted on funding for Metro, The Chrysler plant and now if she doesn’t get the Boeing thing reversed we have to wonder if she will finally admit she was wrong about this guy? How will she vote on the hoax that is global warming and the cap and tax scam that will raise her constituent’s power bills by about $4000? How much is she willing to give this guy at our expense? She better remember who she works for. She got her pal elected. Now its time to start leaning on him to stop kicking us everytime a sacrifice has to be made.

I think it’s awfully nice of Claire to FINALLY come to the table on this issue!

She’s been AWOL, while a dozen other senators have been involved in this.

Finally wake up from your nap, Claire??

The Pentagon doesn’t even want more C-17 planes, so funding should NOT be including in the budget. The taxpayer money should not go to outdated military equipment that is not needed, just to keep jobs going. Either the current workers need to learn new skills to get other jobs, or Boeing could try to find other work for these workers to do.

All pork in the budget process is bad, even if it “helps” our area. If tax money is to be used to keep a project like this going, it should come from the state and local levels. Taxpayers in New York should not pay for a project like this, just like Missourians should not have to pay for an extension of a museum….

Hey Claire, what are you going to do when St. Louis looses up to 30,000 jobs as a result of your buddy Barry’s defense cuts?

Hey Claire, what do you think of your pet Prez, he campaigned to cut defense and jobs in defense. And to you International Association of Machinsts puppets - when are you knuckleheads going to quit voting for Democrats - they NEVER want to increase the number of jobs for you, they dislike bigger defense. IAW, just remember, Republicans NEVER have cut your jobs.
