Fired lawyer gets personnel letter from Nixon administration

JEFFERSON CITY — Is the Scott Eckersley lawsuit actually settled?
The paperwork says yes, but Eckersley was in the capital city to meet with an official of Gov. Jay Nixon’s office last week to “finalize the settlement agreement,” Eckersley said.
