Nice defense by Hazelwood Central

After punting, Central forced a three-and-out by Blue Springs South.
With 2:58 left, Central faces second-and-11 at the 50. BSS timeout, and the BSS crowd is chanting, “It’s not over. It’s not over.”
A first down here, maybe two, would deem it so.
Central leads 25-20.
So close Central, play until the whistle is over. Yesterday’s Class 5 title game should have taught you all that!
