All-Metro football team: Lineman Sheldon Richardson

A top-five national recruit by some scouting services, Sheldon Richardson manhandled opponents on both sides of the ball. Playing defensive end and linebacker, he had 88 tackles, 15 sacks, five fumble recoveries and an interception. As a tight end and fullback who covers 40 yards in 4.7 seconds, he caught 27 passes for 541 yards, and also scored four times on kick returns.
