The reason is real simple, the animals dont like to come out in daylight. There is a better chance of gunfire and mayhem if the game were to be held at night.
Are there metal detectors at the entrance to the field?

The last time ESL played East in Belleville, there were all kinds of fights. About a dozen cops had to be called out. I agree with danj that a night game in ESL could be dangerous.

Safety first. We have had enough assaults lately in Belleville by the blacks. Moving the game to the afternoon might forestall some, not all, of the violence these people bring with them.
