I don’t understand…you can pay 34 million to a player over 5 years but can’t afford to develope the land?
The Cardinals have announced a new approach to the development. They intend to construct a multi-story building made of knotty pine whereby spectators can watch the game thru the knotholes like in the old days. They intend to call the project “The Village Peepholes”.
