Cat Cora, the Food Network Iron Chef, Bon Appetite magazine executive chef — and Morningstar Farms spokeswoman — will chat live with fans starting at 6:30 p.m. (Central time) on Sept. 10.

Television personality and professional chef Cat Cora and Morningstar Farms® foods have teamed up to help busy families create nutritious, veggie-inspired meals as they get back to routine this fall. On September 10, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Morningstar Farms will host a live 30-minute online “Chat with Cat.” Registration is limited and begins today at seeveggiesdifferently.com.

As Iron Chef America’s first and only female Iron Chef, Cora will share some of her favorite recipes and best tips for keeping meals exciting, despite a hectic routine. Fans will have the opportunity to ask her advice on cooking challenges and hear stories behind her great tasting, nutritious recipes.
