We asked readers to tell us how they’ve resolved to become better people in 2008. Most want to shape up and trim down. But several are looking to make their lives a little sweeter through spiritual and intellectual, social and familial pursuits. We will follow six readers selected for our Healthy & Fit Challenge 2008 for the next several months, as they work toward accomplishing goals and enriching their lives.
