Walking more!
With my weight plateau still lingering around, I have raised the bar on my Health Challenge. I am now walking each day at work and once on the weekend at home. I need to keep going. I have lots 13 of the 50 pounds!
I took a weekend away from it all. My wife and I went to Branson. It was not easy to snack while being there. I did stick to my diet. Walking around Branson kept me exercising.
I am still motivated to reach my 50 pounds gone away. Once I reach my goal, I will continue to keep these 50 pounds from coming back.
