Montreal singer/songwriter entertains at the Cabin Inn tonight
Start your weekend early tonight and check out Montreal-based producer/singer/songwriter Chris Velan, performing at Cabin Inn at the City Museum downtown. He’ll showcase material from his new CD Solidago (NewSong Recordings).
It is sure to be a chill time as Velan, undeniably skilled at guitar, will provide his breezy, socially conscious folk as a backdrop in the unique setting.
With his guitar slung ’round his back, Velan has traveled the world, including countries like New Zealand, Australia, India, Nepal and Indonesia. Be sure to ask him about his previous life in law and his work on a documentary film project in Guinea, West Africa.
