Feds praise St. Louis County youth jobs initiative

Extended benefits for Missourians unaffected by federal edict

St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Missouri Labor Department spokeswoman Amy Susan said Wednesday that the federal government’s decision to withhold $133 million in stimulus funds from unemployed Missourians will not interfere with the additional 20 weeks of jobless benefits granted earlier this year by the General Assembly.

QuikTrip settles back pay issues with convenience store workers
